Deadline for submitting the payment option plan form is April 30th, of each year.
Monthly payments: Members may elect a monthly auto payment plan subject to a $50 administrative fee. Annual dues must be paid consecutively within a 10 month period beginning at the start of the fiscal year on May 1st and ending February 15th. Dues must be paid no later than May 31st to avoid *suspension. During the 10 month payment cycle a lapse of 60 days from the last payment received will result in *suspension. Monthly payments can be made by credit card on our secure website https://www.nyspmapayment.org/ or by enrolling in our credit card auto-pay plan. Those members who elect credit card auto-payments must fill out a new election form at the beginning of each fiscal year.
Quarterly payments: Quarterly payments are due at the beginning of each quarter: May 1st, August 1st, November 1st and February 1st. A lapse of 60 days from the last payment received will result in *suspension. Members can pay their Quarterly dues by credit card on our secure payment website https://www.nyspmapayment.org/ or by enrolling in our credit card auto-pay plan. Those members who elect credit card auto-payments must fill out a new election form at the beginning of each fiscal year. Additionally, members may pay Quarterly dues by checks made payable to the NYSPMA 330 West 38TH Street, Suite 1105 New York, NY 10018.
Full annual payment: One-time Annual payments are due 60 days from the start of the fiscal year, May 1st to avoid *suspension. Annual one-time payments can be made by credit card on our secure website https://www.nyspmapayment.org/, or by calling our Accounting Department at 646-525-4888. Additionally, members may pay their Annual dues by checks made payable to the NYSPMA 330 West 38TH Street, Suite 1105 New York, NY 10018.
